So much going on. Can't find my camera to take pictures, but the burg is alive. We walked a little later today and saw a lot more people out and about. It seems walking may be catching on. Yesterday on our way back we saw to couples from our subdivision coming back in from walking.
Mark and Noel have a new due any day and waiting for the call. I am working on switching over to my new company
http://www.realestate.com/
and there are lots of things we need to be doing around the house.
So anyway we saw another friend Marian while we were walking and she was in a hurry but said to drop and have an ice cream cone at Rosie's. We don't get as many invitations during the winter so this was nice. Everything is in bloom, the grass is green after a week of rain and the baby animals are everywhere.
We were saying this morning that people pay good money to do things and we take this area where we live for granted. We are repenting and getting to know our burg and surrounding area better. If you know of a favorite place or thing we haven't mentioned, let us know.
After the walk we stopped by the Garden of Eden for a coffee but they were closed. Then we saw the sign down the street for the "Filling Station". A very nice woman offered a locally roasted cup of coffee. Who knew there was a "roaster" in Luray? Years ago I was in Lessburg and stopped in a coffee shop. They roasted too, and the smell of coffee was overwhelming. I wonder if they are still there.
Anyway another great day in the burg.
Keep walkin,
Ron
